Privacy Policy
Effective September 12, 2026
Branden Stuck operates imstuck2. This policy explains how we handle personal information on imstuck2.com and the shared imstuck2 Google sign-in used by NWTB Central Hub and Learn-N-Stats Baseball on its subdomains. Feature-specific notices may provide additional details. This policy does not cover unrelated websites reached through external links.
Information we collect and why
- Google sign-in: When you choose Google sign-in, we receive an account identifier and the identity information authorized by the sign-in request, such as your email address and its verification status; basic profile information may be included where requested. We use this to authenticate you, associate your account with records, and enforce access permissions. The imstuck2 admin sign-in requests only OpenID and email access. Sign-in alone does not give us access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or Google password.
- Inquiries and communications: We store the contact details, business information, website requirements, hosting preferences, and other information you submit so we can respond, prepare estimates, deliver services, and maintain correspondence. Form submissions and inbound notifications are available to authorized site administrators.
- Information you enter into services: We process records you choose to create or upload to provide the relevant site's features. Only submit information you are authorized to share, and avoid including passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in inquiry forms.
- Usage and security: Our servers and hosting provider may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, requested URLs, and security logs to operate and protect the service. The main site's first-party analytics records page views, successful form submissions, referring domains, campaign tags, browser/device categories, operating system, and language. It derives pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers from request information using a keyed hash; the analytics event table does not store raw IP addresses or full browser user-agent strings. These identifiers are pseudonymous, not a guarantee of anonymity.
Cookies and spam protection
We use session cookies and related browser storage for sign-in, form security, preferences, and features you use. You can control cookies through your browser, although blocking them may prevent sign-in or form submission. The main site's first-party analytics skips requests carrying the browser's Do Not Track header. This does not disable essential security logs or third-party services.
Inquiry forms use Google reCAPTCHA to detect spam and abuse. It may process IP addresses, device/browser information, cookies, and interaction signals for that purpose. If you prefer not to use the form, contact us by email.
Optional financial connections
If you are authorized to use My Finance and choose to connect a financial account, Plaid facilitates that connection. Depending on your permissions and enabled features, we may receive institution and account details, balances, transactions, and supported liability or credit-card bill information. We use this information to provide your finance views, imports, budgeting, and related features. Connecting an account is optional. Connection tokens and sensitive finance records are protected using encryption and access controls. Plaid's handling of information is described in its End User Privacy Policy.
How information is shared
We share information as needed with service providers that support hosting, authentication, spam prevention, communications, and optional features—for example IONOS, Google, and Plaid when you connect an account. Authorized administrators may access information as necessary to operate the service and respond to requests. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or at your direction.
We do not sell personal information or use Google sign-in data for targeted advertising. Google user data is used for the disclosed service purposes, not to train general-purpose AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
Retention and protection
We retain information as needed to provide the service, respond to inquiries, maintain account records, protect against abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention varies by record type; there is no single automatic deletion period for all records. Deleted information may remain in backups until those backups are replaced, and some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.
We use HTTPS, access restrictions, and other safeguards appropriate to the information. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Hosting and service providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing branden.stuck@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to obtain a copy, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. We may verify your identity before acting and will handle requests subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs.
You can revoke Google access through your Google Account connections. Revoking access prevents future authorized access but does not automatically delete records already stored by our services; contact us to request their deletion. For optional financial connections, use available disconnect controls or contact us for help disconnecting and deleting associated records.
Children's information
Our business inquiry, admin sign-in, and finance features are intended for adults. Do not submit a child's sensitive information through these features. Where a site is used for youth activities, adults should share only information they are authorized to provide. If you believe a child's information has been submitted without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required. For privacy questions, contact Branden Stuck at branden.stuck@gmail.com.
